David Attfield is one of the few local people who can boast of attending the old Badshot Lea Secondary School. He and his wife are life-long residents of Badshot Lea village.
He has, for many years, compiled a monthly magazine for a group of local churches. He regularly assists the local Girls Brigade Company, and is variously their treasurer, cook, and driver.
David was Farnham Mayor in 2006/7, and has been a town councillor since 2003. When not campaigning to protect green spaces, he can be found with his horses or dogs, or with his camera taking pictures of local wildlife.
