Sarah Di Caprio joined with others to hold a vigil for the Royal Surrey
Sarah Di Caprio and other local Lib Dems including Baroness Margaret Sharp, Sue Doughty and Waverley Councillors Celia Savage, John Savage and Ken Reed took part in a vigil outside the House of Commons on a cold December night to draw attention to the threats to the Royal Surrey County Hospital.
Joining other politicians and members of the public, were Chair of the Save the Royal Surrey Campaign Professor Chris Marks, and leading orthopaedic surgeon Chris Coates. Despite the cold night the group kept vigil, singing carols and other songs and sharing mince pies.
The group was joined at midnight by Sir Menzies Campbell, leader of the Liberal Democrats who had find out more about the problems being faced in Guildford.
