Simon Cordon, the Liberal Democrat prospective parliamentary candidate for SW Surrey, spent another Saturday giving out balloons to spread the message of support for Milford Hospital.
Simon Cordon has been handing out balloons with a message spreading support for Milford Hospital
Simon gave away about 300 balloons to children in Godalming in and around the town centre.
In September Simon launched nearly 1,000 balloons into the sky to spread the message far and wide about the campaign to save Milford Hospital from closure. The balloons carry a special message: "We all support Milford Hospital" and advertise a website set up by Simon: www.milfordhospital.info.
People can use the website to send messages of support, get latest information and lobby the decision-makers.
Simon said: "We had about 600 balloons left over from the original balloon launch so it seemed to make sense to keep giving them away and keep spreading the message. There are still a couple of hundred left so I can see myself doing this again".
